José Andrés

José Andrés’ has four Las Vegas restaurants, but the two most popular are é by José Andrés and Bazaar Meat by José Andrés. Both of these high-priced restaurants are highly rated and worth the indulgence.
In addition to his genius food and countless awards, José Andrés established the World Central Kitchen food disaster relief organization to help “change the world through food.”
Bobby Flay

Bobby Flay was the first chef to have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame? If you’re in the mood for fish, Amalfi by Bobby Flay has you covered. Amalfi is the successor to Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill restaurant in Caesars Palace.
Amalfi by Bobby Flay features a plethora of Italian and Mediterranean-influenced dishes, but the fish dishes are the stars of the menu. Some of the fish are flown in directly from Italy!
Emeril Lagasse
Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House – $50-100
Delmonico Steakhouse – $100+
Emeril Lagasse has been a household name for decades. He’s hosted over 2,000 Food Network shows, and he still finds time to craft the cuisine of eleven restaurants in the U.S. Emeril has two Las Vegas restaurants, Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House and Delmonico Steakhouse.
Delmonico is a steakhouse with New Orleans-inspired Creole flavors, perfect for a luxurious night out. The Fish House is great for happy hour or dinner; remember the business casual and smart casual dress codes for each.
Masaharu Morimoto
It would be difficult to list Masaharu Morimoto’s culinary accomplishments, but the Japanese culinary giant is probably best known as the Iron Chef. He has won over forty times between his appearances on both the Japanese and American editions of the Iron Chef competition.
Morimoto’s Vegas restaurant, Morimoto Las Vegas, is in the MGM Grand and serves an extensive menu of contemporary, upscale Japanese fare.

When asked to name a celebrity chef, for many, Gordon Ramsay will be the first to come to mind. The star of over a dozen television cooking shows, Ramsay is internationally recognized as an expert on all things food. Vegas is home to six different Ramsay restaurants, ranging from Fish & Chips—with casual, reservation-free counter service—to Hell’s Kitchen, one of the most popular dining experiences on the Strip.
When it comes to celebrity chefs in Vegas, Gordon Ramsay also has some of the most reasonable prices for his food (compared to the others, at least).
Martha Stewart
Another seasoned household name, Martha Stewart, has a Vegas restaurant called The Bedford.
Located in the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino and modeled after a 1925 farmhouse, The Bedford promises “an authentic, immersive experience” with French-inspired cuisine and locally sourced ingredients. The dress code is casual but be prepared to splurge a little on the bill.
Buddy Valastro
Perhaps best known for Carlo’s Bakery and Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro’s Italian eatery in the Venetian–Buddy V’s–makes you feel like you’re with family. It’s a great place to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary, or any special occasion. The restaurant features Valastro’s most popular dishes, including homemade meatballs, lasagna, and eggplant parmesan.
If you want to try a variety of dishes, check out the restaurant’s Sunday Buffet Brunch, which has bottomless drinks.
Other Stand Outs
A list of celebrity restaurants in Vegas wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Wolfgang Puck, Nobu Matsuhisa, and Giada de Laurentiis. Wolfgang Puck’s restaurants have long been features of the Las Vegas culinary scene.
Nobu offers vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, as well as staples of Japanese cuisine. Giada at The Cromwell offers fine Italian dining and lovely views of the Las Vegas Strip. Any of these are more than worth a trip.
Beyond the Big Names: Up-and-Comers
Las Vegas isn’t just about superstar chefs. During their semifinal round earlier this year, the James Beard Awards—one of the most prestigious awards in the culinary industry—recognized several Las Vegas chefs to watch in 2024 and beyond.
Chef Brian Howard of the Sparrow + Wolf restaurant and Chef DJ Flores of Milpa were named in the “Best Chef: Southwest” category.
Chefs Kimberly and Josh Mcintosh received a nomination in the “Outstanding Pastry Chef or Baker” category. Oscar Amador, chef at Anima by EDO, was recognized in the “Outstanding Chef presented by Hilton” category. They may not be Food Network stars yet, but if you check out their restaurants now, you can say, “You knew them when…”
