Vegas is known for hilarious performances from famous comedians all year long, but Sin City pulls out all the stops during the hottest months of the year. If you’re planning a trip to the Strip, here are the top picks for the best Las Vegas comedy shows.

Best Comedy Shows

L.A. Comedy Club

Website

Location

L.A. Comedy Club at The Strat, is an intimate venue with a bit more than 100 seats with VIP couches and general seating. The club offers three nightly shows at 6 p.m. featuring a variety of up-and-coming performers, at 8 p.m. featuring a touring comedian and at 10 p.m. featuring either Butch Bradley and his guests or Bret Ernst. Bradley is a long-time Vegas comedian who has performed everywhere here. The comedy at this club is definitely geared towards an adult audience. There is a small bar upon entering the club. The bar offers a $30 all-you-can drink special for the show, but frankly it’s hard to drink enough in the allotted time.

Premier Tip: The shows at L.A. Comedy Club run about 75 minutes so there may be an opportunity to also see one of the other shows at The Strat such as Illuminate or Rouge in the same evening.

Wiseguys Comedy Club

Website

Location

Wiseguys Comedy Club, located in Town Square, is one of the newer clubs in Vegas, but has quickly become a popular comedy spot especially with its bevy of local comedians that perform there.  Big name performers that have appeared or are appearing at the club in 2024 include Dave Attell, Murray Sawchuck and Jimmy Dore. Charleston White also appears at the club on Thursdays.

The club has general admission seating usually starting between $25 and $35 depending on the popularity of the act. Food is available with a handful of sandwiches, appetizers and desserts on the menu. Beer, wine and basic cocktails are also available. The club is open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Wiseguys has a second location in The Arts District and a handful of locations in Utah.

Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club

Website

Location

Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club is a very “loungey” comedy club at MGM Grand. The club is open nightly and features headliners a few times per week. Brad Garrett appears at the club when he is scheduled so do not expect to see him on any random night that you go. The headliners are generally known quantities to comedy fans especially relative to other clubs on this list. You can see the club schedule on the website. Make sure to purchase your tickets for the show on the website!

Tape Face

Website

Location

Tape Face is probably one of the strangest comedy shows you’ll ever see. The character Tape Face is the stage persona of Sam Willis. Willis rose to prominence by appearing on America’s Got Talent six years ago. Since then, his unique brand of comedy has catapulted him to stardom and made him one of the best Las Vegas comedy shows. Tape Face performs the entire show with tape over his mouth, meaning he is basically mute. However, Tape Face proves that you don’t need to speak to be hilarious. This is also a kid-friendly show, which is always a bonus when looking for comedy in Las Vegas. Tape Face moved from Harrah’s to MGM Grand. Tape Face performs Thursday – Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. If you want to see a comedy show with a twist, make sure to get some tickets on the website!
