Las Vegas Food Trucks Locals Love
Food trucks have some of the most unique food combinations and creations of any culinary experience. They also offer authentic and affordable dining, which is especially important if you’re in Vegas on a budget.
After a night on the town, food trucks keep dining casual, fun, and quick. No matter what cuisine you’re craving, there is something for everyone.
Explore these food trucks Las Vegas locals love.
Monti’s Smokehouse BBQ
Monti’s Smokehouse has a classic barbeque and Southern flair. From owners Kelcie and Ryan’s backyard to the Best of Las Vegas, this truck has barbeque staples to make your mouth water. They won the gold for Best Food Truck and bronze for Best Catering during Best of Las Vegas 2023, an annual contest where the community votes for all their favorite local haunts.
Monti’s is open seven days a week from late morning until late night. If you’re in a barbeque mood, we recommend the smoky wings and pulled pork no matter the time of day.

The Meat Wagon
According to visitors, the Meat Wagon has high ratings and some of the best fried chicken sandwiches in Sin City. They have a brick-and-mortar shop on Sahara and Buffalo (open from 11 am to 9 pm every day but Sunday), as well as a food truck that you can find outside of the Millennium Fandom Bar every Wednesday through Saturday.
Open during dinner hours Wednesday through Saturday, the Meat Wagon has unique taco options such as braised duck or truffle garlic mushroom. Despite their name, they also have vegan-friendly options.
Premier Tip: For a surprise, try asking for the “Conspiracy Theory of the Day” to sample the daily special.
Stripchezze
Foodies cannot get enough of Stripchezze. A Foodie Fest staple and a regular at other Vegas events such as the Life is Beautiful music festival, Stripchezze does not have a permanent place where it parks its truck, but it is available for catering parties, conventions, employee appreciation days, and so on.
Stripchezze serves up classic comfort foods with an incredible twist. The must-try menu item is their three-cheese mac ‘n’ cheese eggrolls with kimchi sauce (the “Daddy’s on a Roll”). Their grilled cheeses have also appeared on The Food Network, Tastemade, The Cooking Channel, and The Travel Channel.
They offer gluten-free options when catering, but people with gluten allergies and sensitivities should be aware of cross-contamination at other events.

303 in the Cut
303 in the Cut’s slogan is “gourmet on the go.” They have become a viral sensation for their “American classics with a green chile twist.” Open 7 pm to 1 am every day, but Tuesday, the 303 in the Cut food truck is a great stop if you explore Las Vegas’s Chinatown.
Whether grabbing boba and ramen or closing down one of the karaoke bars, it is perfect for a late-night craving.
303 in the Cut’s Chinatown location is on Spring Mountain Rd between Valley View and Arville. It is close to the I-15 and less than 10 minutes from the heart of the Strip.
Locals’ favorites include the green chile burrito and fries with tiramisu or churros for dessert. They make their desserts and sauces in-house. Visitors report this truck is a bit more expensive than others on the list, but it does give generous portions.
If you venture further, they also have a Centennial location on the Northwest side of town. Considering how busy Spring Mountain can get, this location is less crowded and easier to navigate, but there is less nightlife around. Its hours are 5 pm to 10 pm every day but Tuesday.
Sin City Wings
Locals voted Sin City Wings the silver winner of Best of Las Vegas 2023 for Best Food Truck and Best Chicken Wings/Tenders. The must-try here? Their raspberry chili-sauced wings with the side of your choice.
The truck’s usual spot is across from Cowabunga Bay Water Park, near the Galleria at Sunset mall. This truck moves around, so check their social media pages for updated locations, hours, and events.
Premier Tip: You can often find Sin Cty Wings at the recurring First Friday event off of 1st Street in Downtown Vegas.

Endless Pastabilities
Four words: baked garlic knot cone. Endless Pastabilities is an Italian-inspired food truck taking food on the go to the next level. Pasta is the ultimate comfort food, but pasta prepared fresh and served in a garlic knot cone? That’s a game-changer.
Endless Pastabilities is another event-based truck. You can often find them at First Friday, fairs, and festivals. Check their social media for the latest updates.
Tacos los Barrios
No food truck list is complete without a taco truck. There is much debate among locals about the best taco truck in Vegas. Ask a hundred people, and you will likely get almost as many different answers. People are passionate about their tacos.
Tacos los Barrios has the advantage of 4 locations around the Las Vegas Valley. They are family-owned, off the Strip, and offer tons of affordable weekly specials. In addition to the obvious Taco Tuesdays, some other highlights are the $9.99 nachos every Monday with the meat of your choice and the $9.99 loaded fries every Friday.

fukuburger.com
Fukuburger
Fukuburger has two popular brick-and-mortar locations and a stand at Allegiant Stadium, but their food truck is only available for private catering events. Fukuburger is far from a hidden gem, so you can expect a long line, but it is worth it.
Fukuburger serves “all American burgers with a Japanese twist.” Their freestanding restaurants have long hours and friendly owners. If you’re looking for a unique catering option for your next function, this food truck could be the place.
